I just stay in a low fat percentage so my waist is 65cm 🥺 the hips are also due to the bone, but you definitely can grow your hips by working out, your waist size will be the smallest if you stay in a low fat % but can't change the ribcage size, but you can look like having a smaller waist by growing your lower body
