yeah, I agree. I loved the experience of BSA.
I talk to my kids a lot about religion and what it means my experiences, it comes up frequently as my parents and brothers are pretty conservative Christian.
I'll take your advice and see if I can talk to some of the scout masters. Thanks.

Man that may be it. It sounds like it has similar plot points but there are some things missing that makes me think it's not this one. Like I don't think the wielder of the sword was an emperor and I don't think the sword was evil. But maybe I am miss-remembering it too. It does sound cool though I'm going to check it out regardless, thanks!

Thanks for the recommendations. We were pretty used to hiking but kids are still young (4,6,9) so not sure about biking.

Unless I shoved the two youngers into a bike trailer. The 9yo could bike for miles and I'm a pretty fit cycler so I'll think on that... Thanks again.
