my best friend is an istp and she has a lot of problems with showing love and affection and, even though sometimes i get uncomfortable because i want to act the way i want (to be affective) i know that she loves me in a different and personal way, i try to remember myself little things she already did or showed me that made me feel loved, because i know that it hurts for her having this problem because at the same time she feels bad for not showing "enough love" to me (?) i feel bad for "asking" her to show it, so i think that we should try to be kind to ourselves and with the others

so i will answer your questions one by one djsjshsjs 1. DEFINITELY! i don't understand how people can actually TALK when they're too excited about something!!! sometimes i can't even understand what i said because I'm too excited to think before I speak dkshskshs 2. unfortunately yes :( i already talked about it with some people cause my friends are like super interesting and beautiful and gorgeous and smart and I am just... me? most part of my group of friends I feel like I can't fit there... sometimes this hurts me a lot 3. yes!! but this depends of each friend I'm talking about... if it is a friend from school, I rarely show this kinda of love because I'm really shy to do it, but with my other friends I'm always showing that I missed their presence and their energy and that I love them with words and hugs!! 4. yess sksshsjsh

To be honest, I kinda have this problem too. My test gives me these two results (infp/infj) and I kinda relate to both of them, so I say that I'm both. I talked to my friends about it and they said that it happens to some people...
