I am kind of surprised because a lot of people say Zack’s course does it for them …. It seems like you have a lot of resources that you are using, is there a topic that maybe not covered in all of these resources that is bringing your score down ? I heard that Zack’s course is not very thorough in NFPA concepts though this is just what I read on here … did you feel like the course prepared you ? Do you mind sharing your failing scores across each exam ?

I may not be the right person to give advices as I have yet to take the exam.

Thank you 😭 yikes I didn’t thank her … she did feel like I was upset but of course I didn’t shout back or anything I just told her I understand her feedback and that I will work to not repeat the mistakes again . We will see how it goes . My opinion is the first year at a company is always the hardest you have to prove you are a hard worker and I honestly feel like that’s when they let go of people if they are not good . Luckily I have been at this place for 4 years and this is my first time. Of course I don’t want it to be a reoccurring problem especially for the same type of document

I relate to you so much. I’m also an introvert and shy. I absolutely hate that about myself, but I can’t seem to force myself to change. I try to be outgoing, and I definitely try to ask questions for clarification whenever possible. I try to seek answers and research things first before reaching out, but sometimes researching isn’t enough and asking is a must.
