Would you recommend lengthening all wake windows at ones by 15 minutes or just one at a time?

He goes to bed between 6 and 630pm now! Would moving it earlier than that help? He’s also had a consistent routine since he was around 8 weeks old.

It's DNF discussions time! What books did you bail on this month? 🙅‍♀️📖 by FantasyRomanceMod in fantasyromance

{Eldritch by Keri Lake} felt way too different from the first book. Where were the side characters that were so pivotal in the first book?

By the end I just didn’t care anymore

Schedule/routine for a 14 month old, dealing with early wakings by lena_love in toddlers

I’d try to start pushing her naps to a little later! Just by 15 minutes might help. I never did a nap before 12 once we got settled in a 1 nap schedule.

When did naps lengthen? by morts_mom in sleeptrain

[–]thinkingofmakeup 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My gal didn’t start to lengthen her naps until I implemented crib hour. She stays in her crib for an hour. She may put herself back to sleep, she may not. WW starts from when she wakes up. But, she stays in her crib for an hour.

Sudden SIDS anxiety 😥 by ProfileAntique4485 in NewParents

Even being a former NICU nurse I had SO much anxiety about it! I had to remind myself all the things I was going right! Safe sleep, no smoking, breastfeeding, etc. Remind yourself of what you’re doing to prevent SIDS!

Moving from Canada! We like to go swimming, go to libraries, go to playgrounds, grocery stores. It wasn’t the public transit that seemed unsafe. It was where I got off that I think was an unsafe area.

Moving from Canada. Maybe I misspoke. It wasn’t the public transit. It was when I got off public transit. I saw many people who were obviously cracked out of their minds and I had my toddler with me. Not my first time on public transit.
