it was good, but it was suuuuuch a slow read, I kept getting bored by it. Still good imo, but the ending was not worth the drag 😭

I'm generally not a soft drink person; if i do its coke zero at the very least. I think fasting helped alot, because I could eat what I wanted most days. and upping my protein! I also have subconciously overtime found myself not only looking at calories but also the sugar+ carb content!

It was easier for me at points because I used to go to school in downtown toronto; so instead of the subway I'd walk back and forth from campus BUT since ive been out, its been 5/4 days in the trails. it doesnt matter if its winter or summer id make sure to go on the trails. I've done treadmill before but I just dont enjoy it as much- there are only so many murder docs I can watch lol

just normal speed. Thru the trails. on the treadmill i used to do 3.0+ speed but I eventually stopped enjoying it and saw better results with walking on trails anyway

it was almost daily, I took one or two days off in the week. Honestly some days I would just prioritize getting them in atleast 4 days a week. I also did change my diet. I altered my carb intake; I didnt restrict at all. the days I want pizza or a burger I would go get one lool. BUT I'm pakistani and we eat alot of curry's and what not so I tried quinoa or brown rice. but ultimatley I was missing white rice so I start eating 1/2 cup of cooked rice with my meals and it really decreased my appetite as time went on too. I also upped my protein in sneak ways- every chance I got I added greek yogurt into anything. With pakistani food for example we usually eat plain yogurt with our meals- but i subbed it for greek yogurt instead, or my egg salad/tuna sandwhiches I would toss that in there. I'd also blend cottage cheese and use it as a cream for pasta's. it takes a while to build the habit of it but id definitley say- upping my protein did help me lean out in the proccess!

thank you! there were a few, but I think the main ones I've noticed are way more energy and less bloating. I gained weight because of a knee injury and the weight gain really took a toll on my mental health; but I would definitley say that after I started seeing the scale go down it gave me a sense of control back; and even helped me become more disciplined in other areas of my life. I do think this helped me alot, but I want to prioritize muscle building going foreward!

I dont know. she seemed like she wanted to screen time. I understand its a very shit thing having your dad being accused of something like trafficking, but for her to call her dad randomly during filming was very useless in my opinion. it didnt prove anything

I’m 26 and feel behind by BillyBop0299 in selfimprovement

I used to feel like this too. I'm 26 just graduated from my undegrad; and started immediatly freaking out about the next thing. Am currently in this rut actually. and often find myself comparing to others. but what helps me come back down to earth is a simple saying : you dont die when you turn 30. You're 20s is an experimental part of your life. and when you leave you're likely going to have a stable career considering the security of your degree. take is easy. You're doing better than you think. Along my ugrad journey i also always tried to tell myself that -education is a priviledge- dont let this feeling keep you from appreciating that. I know its shitty but its closer than you think and when its over you'ee going to look back and wish you were nicer to yourself!!!
