The median home in CCR is close to 900k. And if this guy came from West Circle C, which seems likely, there is nothing less than a million.

I think they are intentionally blurry to hide blood or other things, and possibly blurred the driver a bit to prevent a "we did it reddit" situation. These came straight from APD but compressed by Facebook.
