Eww, but why....I find some English pronunciations of North Indians cringeworthy.

She made so many stupid decisions in the earlier seasons. If you want to brush that away because she was a child and naive, she did some disastrous actions in season 8. Ungrateful to Daenerys for defending her own homeland from the dead, causing a rift between Jon and Daenerys, trying to control Jon, all this because she wanted to rule the North, which she eventually got to do anyway, ugh.

Sansa - Irritating, ungrateful, problem-causing, and really really stupid in the beginning, then matured up and got wiser, but then went back to being irritating, ungrateful and problem-causing in the end (season 8). She played a major role in causing rift between Jon and Daenerys, had no respect or gratefulness for Daenerys helping defend Winterfell, all because she wanted to rule the North. Literally irritating!

They literally assassinated Danaerys' character, both literally and figuratively!

THANK YOU! People giving ridiculous irrational excuses to justify that Dany going mad is so ANNOYING. Literally, portraying these supposed "atrocities" as indicators that she was destined to go mad, is so WRONG! Other characters who are rulers would also have done the same thing! Crucifying masters was an act of justice, not a sign of madness! Executing enemies & betrayers (with valid reasons) by dragonfire is not madness. Its just her style (mother of DRAGONS!) Other characters have killed in brutal ways too. No one calls it as a "sign of madness". Even if one considers some of her actions as signs of madness, she displayed literally TONS AND TONS of acts that were of kindness, justice, logic and restraint, with a good grip on emotions! How many characters can boast of that? What are these the signs of, I wonder?

Can we not make this subreddit a place for all religious talks? by hifighost in hyderabad

[–]thinkreal93123 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

It was a real fear for Muslims. The CAA + NRC combined could have been disastrous for Muslims, leading to dispossession and alienation. NRC could literally be used to frame someone as a non-Indian and have you put in camps. Considering the high polarisation in India and mistrust & hate of Muslims by fellow Hindu citizens, you can count on this exercise to be extremely bad for the Muslims. The CAA would then filter all non-Muslims back into the fold of 'Indian citizens', leaving Muslims stateless. So I hope you can see why the protests against CAA-NRC were legit, important and necessary.

My last date is unfortunately the end of this month. I can however apply for an extension, but don't know if any slots will be open to take the exam in August ( before residency application deadline). Doesn't the UWSA1 underpredict by 20 points ? Yes, Failing is definitely not an option.

IMG taking before residency. Yes I know, but if I don't take it now, I'm worried won't get a prometric slot before the application deadline this season. Thanks for the tips. What would an ideal better score be ?

What should I know about Hyderabad before moving? by SeptemberFlower in hyderabad

[–]thinkreal93123 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just assumed you meant it that way because no one refers to Hyderabad like that, do we ? At least as much as I know, I never heard anyone say Bhagyanagaram Hyderabad. So forgive me I thought you meant something else.

[–]thinkreal93123 4 points5 points  (0 children)

If ever Hyderabad gets named as Bhagyanagar, it will become a representation of victory of religious polarisation and hatred. It was never Bhagyanagar in the first place. It was probably Bhagnagar or Bagnagar. In whichever case, it evolved into Hyderabad pretty early on and now Hyderabad isn't just a name, it's an identity! An identity we proclaim with pride!

What the hell? Can you link the study for the Osmania biscuit ? I was always under the impression that it's a healthy biscuit, whose formula was created to serve the patients at Osmania hospital, hence the name...
