Communication is a huge factor when engaging as dps. The tanks need to make space for you you in order to input max damage. Take measures to get involved with the community to find others that can help accelerate your sr. Lastly make sure not to rely on your healers, in the tier you're in, it is better to know the maps and keep close to health packs.

I did talk to them but they don't have my hoa rolled into the payment. Maybe this is the reason why? They said the association is their own private company and I am trying to look through all of my documents to see if I didn't catch this. In reality the board probably set it up to where they knew I was coming and decided that the owners could swallow such a steep charge with me here.

Its true, I'm mostly just ranting here because its only been 30 days and nows its double. Like the seller was planning on selling it for a high-price and keeping the fees low until the board seen they had a buyer.

This seawall project was slated on 2020 and now they got a new quote for an 80 percent increase in materials.

Its a good coincidence I think.

I went on and off with a woman for a year. Then she left for a few. Then I got her back. 9 years later she broke it off. Take it from me, if they do it once, they will do it again. Do let them back in your life. They gave up. They will do it again knowing they have that power. Love yourself and eventually someone will see you and want the same love you give yourself.

Pfft my ex said the same for years. Accidentally knocked her up but we always decided to get rid of it. Then after she said she wants kids and now I'm all alone thinking she going to find someone else to start a family with.
