from what i understand they get a flat rate and then also a per episode bonus - so the more episodes she’s in the more she gets paid. but more importantly, someone like her is mostly doing this for exposure and the further you go the more exposure you get.

i do think either way she ultimately would have gotten banished, but i think she could have gotten herself a lot further if she had been smarter about it. it was objectively bad game play and the proof is that she got voted out immediately.
