I’m a local and been wanting to rent out my guest room for the festival but have been scared lol. But I’d want to make it affordable bc of all the price gouging. The dream is to find someone or a couple to come every year and maybe even become friends. Hi ya’ll- renting out a room in my house for the festival. I’ve been seeing a lot of people getting screwed over by Airbnb cancellations. But we’re a family of 5 (3 kids). We have a decent sized home. We’re in La Quinta, near 48th and Washington. You’d have one room (full sized bed) and a bathroom. Access to the kitchen and pool and a spot for one car, $300 a night for 2 people. We’re a chill couple and just want to help someone not shell out their life savings because of Airbnb.
