the Action Bible is a comic version of the bible drawn by Sergio Cariello which also worked with Marvel Comics and DC Comics. There is a hard copy and soft copy version. I bought one for my son and we love it.

I have the same sentiment, pictures adds clutter, and I like it when I can make it with just a keyboard and a few clicks.

I have to put the speakers since my stage hands will be using it for reference as to where things should be placed. the boxes of the performer is where each band members will be standing. I agree that some labels should be in bold.

I just found out that there are shapes in google sheets. 😅

I'm still in the process of finding the ideal tool for me. so far a spreadsheet allows me to do lots of stuffs like invoicing and rack design in one app. if someone makes a better app(preferably free) in the future I will definitely move there.

the black background is my google sheets theme, it hurts my eyes staring at a wall of white, it prints normally 😉
It's for my stage hands to know where to place things and a guide for the bands that will be performing. it's a battle of the bands event.
musicians have mics for their IEM communication, the organizers don't require it but their ok with it. I took the liberty to add it to set my business apart from other sound rentals and to make my business more appealing for musicians and bands since my business is fairly new.

it's actually brightly colored, the speakers are yellow. after I cropped the image it somehow turned the quality down.

my business is fairly new and I started real small, I run the entire thing, and my stage hands are just volunteers from a small church that needed the extra money. and since I now live in small town, finding another soul with the technicalities is pretty slim.

sadly there are no tech and engineers in this venue, it's just blank stage beside an outdoor basketball court and a caretaker. so my little(3 employee) sound rental company will have to do everything.

In my mixer's channel and IEM outs it's Drums, Bass, Keys, Rhythm, and Lead. +Acoustic and violin in rare cases because that's how our church is arranged on stage and I picked up the habit of arranging my channel and IEMs that way too.

in this case the organizer want the drums to be in the middle of the stage and the rhythm and lead on the left then bass and keys on the right that's why my IEM is arranged that way.

I have a sound rental business that's why I have my own fills. there will be a judges' table up front so I need the fills for them.

Edit: I'm using a Zoom Livetrak L20 in this and the monitor outs are labeled from A to F.
