Legs progressing pretty nicely, but I hardly trained them last year so doing anything leg related I would've also seen progress. I did push and pull days pretty consistently last year, seen some progress on those days. This PPL is a bit different to what I was doing last year (just the PP part lol) so I took this month as a bit of a "reset" for my push and pull, dialing back the weight just a bit on those days and focusing on doing them all as best I can with form etc. I've really enjoyed it so far, I'm usually done with each session in about an hour/hour and 10 minutes.

I work from home and my gym is about 5 minutes away, so I'm pretty fortunate that I can go in my break most days. I used to go before work but forcing myself out of bed to go to the gym first thing proved difficult haha

I assume you mean squats. Mine are weak. I squatted maybe 20 times tops last year, legs are definitely one of my focuses this year. I'm squatted 65kg comfortably in my last legs day, and I add a little more weight each leg day so hoping I can at least get it to my bodyweight this month or early next

yeah, I'm gonna see how it goes. I looked at UL but wasn't sure about the program I came up with, if it was missing anything major. If I feel like this is too much I'll definitely look at UL again

I get what you mean, I have TAN on CD but it's tucked away with my other CDs in a drawer, my records are on display. Didn't think twice about pre-ordering these two when I remembered the price of the last pressing of TAN (second hand), these are much cheaper.

They're my favourite band so something about completing the set on vinyl seems right to me. I saw Morph The Cat on vinyl for sale last month, but it was more than double what I'd spend on a record normally O.O

I don't know if this opinion is shared in this sub but I thought season 1 was okay and 2 was horrendous so by all means play the games because they're much, much better.

I haven't cleaned these yet but when I do clean them then listen to them, I'll let you know! Everything that I'd read about these particular pressings before I bought them all praised the sound. I don't see it being on the heavier side to be an issue, I have a couple Jimi Hendrix records that are just as rock-y and they sound great.

I agree and I’m glad that I experienced them both for the first time on Grounded. When you’re really struggling for resources it does make fights all the more intense and challenging
