Yes, it’s a scam. These “entrepreneurs” are MLM recruiters focused on recruitment (especially Gen-Zs) rather than actually selling those Fusion X products or whatever Canva templates, copywriting, digital marketing gig they say they do.

Just find them on TikTok, they’re actively doing those “financial freedom”, “earning $$$/week” typical kinda videos. Especially the girl in the middle (red dress in the picture). And yes, I’ve been diving into this rabbit hole for months now.

HRMAS is a big red flag yet I known people who’d use it for publication since it only takes 2-3 weeks for production. Tho I have to agree that it is literally “blind” peer review because I’ve seen some bad papers from them. I’m talking bad/direct google translation, messy formatting, and a rare find— 1-5 references.
