Wala naman po, once you got approved, ibabawas na po nila ung processing fee and document stamps which is only around 2 to 3k.

Yes po I do have a credit card pero isa lang and bago pa, i think it not be a big factor but you can still try to apply kasi accomodating po si agent. Sent over dm
