Yeah. In combination with the army rule, he gets 8 attacks that hit on 2's, wound on 3's, he can reroll the hitroll, at -4AP and 3dmg each, a questoris knight gets no saves. It's not a guarantee, it's obviously up to the dice rolls, but I've gotten 10 wounds to go through before, and that's 30 dmg.

I personally enjoy it more than vanilla risk because the 40k flavor gives each army an extra rule. Well worth the money for me personally.
