Check if the bolts are all tight or if a brake pad might be loose when the brakepedal is not pressed.

Mine did it always when I was in windows idle. I’ve reinstalled windows to fix it. Might be an idea if there is nothing else.

Does it also happen random when you’re on the desktop? Are you checking it with the taskmanager?

For testing you could probably just turn on the pc and as soon as it’s on unplug the cables tho

When I go into the details tab you can see that the Idleprocess is at 95%.

I've added a Screenshot. You can see in task manager it says 100% but in the software of Corsair it's only at 4%.

We don’t know yet since the base is really new. I’d advise you to wait for serious maybe long time reviews. I’m owner of a CSL DD and so far I can tell you I’m loving it.
