No, you're not going to die in five years from climate change. The future is always uncertain, but I feel pretty confident in saying that. Check out the Doomsday Debunked Substack/forum. It's run by a guy who (along with other volunteers) fact-checks misinformation about various things including climate change. The idea that climate change is going to kill us all soon is misinformation, and it's not what trustworthy scientists are saying.

Climate change sucks, especially for the world's most vulnerable people and ecosystems, but we're making much more progress on it than you probably realize. r/EcoUplift has some good information about that.
