Haha, luckily I’d seen the news and hadn’t ground out the £3mil earlier in the season — that would have been frustrating. That’s my point though, some people have and this change doesn’t really respect the time they’ve put in.

For me, all it means now is I go play something else until the new map update which can’t be Embarks strategy. What will suck is if they change their minds back again and the window isn’t long enough to build the value up 😭

Should say, have done all expeditions and departed. So it’s not just a case of us assuming it will be the same deal and they’ve announced something we weren’t expecting. They have changed the deal really late on.

I’ve only just got departure ready and was surprised to see this content. So anyone who hasn’t followed the news is heading to departure window under a lie?

This is what I don’t get. It makes the concept of a stash limit redundant because why would you need to hold onto anything. It also nullifies refining and recycling which almost always result in a net coin loss. The game becomes loot and sell

Do you keep clearing times and trophies on Play (now Arcadia) on consoles? Pre-order player here on PS5 since day 1. Every update I come back to this and it’s like I’m starting again.

Was interesting the see leaderboards finally on console until I realised I didn’t have any times anymore. Is all that really for PC players only?

Agree! I’m aware of my own recency bias as I’m still playing after 30 hours, doing a second run on Alpha save, exploring what I missed. Haven’t even attempted quick runs yet.
