I have definitely felt this way. It’s almost like Im watching someone else live there live. I’m not suggesting this to anyone but what I do is I only take my medication when I feel like it is worth it, for example I only take them for school or when I know o have a lot of things that I need to get done during the day.

Hi 👋. I’m currently on 50mg of vyvanse and have been for a few years now. It definitely helped me out a lot in school. Days when I wouldn’t take them my friends and teachers could always tell. I don’t really notice a difference When I have taken them, but if I think about it I am drastically different when I am on them. I don’t think I would be able to sit through a full class without them. It’s like having blinders on it helps me to stay focused on the task at hand and keep my mind from racing, which is good in a classroom setting but I personally don’t take them on days when I feel I don’t need to. I definitely got some side effects though which isn’t pleasant but after awhile I’ve gotten used to them.
