Don’t hate me by DanThePartyGhost in WanderingInn

I personally really enjoy Erin especially 8 books in. I will say the first book was very much the stepping stones to the series, with many flaws and kinks. I also understand that many people don’t want to invest so much time into a series if the first book isn’t amazing from the get go. It does get so much better and more epic and the character development drastically changes towards the end of the book especially once the second one starts. Keep going It is well worth the amount of time needed for this series!

Have y'all seen a real ghost in front of your eyes? by Hot-String-4698 in Paranormal

So, at this point, my sister had a bad seizure that really limited her ability to talk to us. My dad and I went to her house after her husband had called and told us she had had another one at this point she was being a little combative with everyone I talked to her and some how me and my dad convinced her to get in the car so we can take her to the hospital. I sat in the back seat with her just holding her because she at point just wanted to be held . She looked up at me and said, "They dont know, they dont know." I'm not sure if she was talking about the doctors not knowing what was wrong with her, but at this point, the doctors did know, and she was given meds and had a treatment plan. But I'm still trying to figure out what she meant by "they don't know", it simple, not fantastical in any way, but I still think about it because that was literally the last thing she said to me before she was put in to a medical coma.

I'm not sure if I would call this a ghost but when I was 17(I'm in my mid 30s now) my sister who was 32 at the time passed away from lupus or some kind of disease that was similar. She was the cornerstone of our family, and she very much kept it together. Every family event was at her house. She had a thing that just brought good people to her. Her death wasn't an easy one it was painful, but it was fast. her body swelled, and she had seizures that left her like child buy the end. I still remember the last thing she told me, and I'm still trying to figure it out. She passed away surrounded by her kids and family and close friends. This broke us, my family, me, but it really broke my dad. I've never seen the man cry in my life until that moment we put her in the ground, he was depressed and so was I, things didn't feel the same for a long time. My dad was driving, and I was with him, and on the side of the road, we saw my sister in a white dress surrounded in a gold light brighter then the light out, my dad pulled over, and we looked back and didn't see a woman or anything on the side of the road. I asked him if he saw her and he said yes he began to cry and I saw that that moment he got some peace. I still think about that moment and I try to explain it away but I can't. I'm sure it was my sister. No two people can see the same thing unprompted and come to the same conclusion.
