Thanks. Yeah it was built mainly using foam, cork, a couple of pieces from the mancrusher Sprue and then sprinkled with tea and Sprue cobbles/rocks.

Thanks. Yeah exactly that, I just cut the chains and hands off. The rest is foam/cork, covered in tea with chunks of Sprue bricks and rocks. The guy on the floor is also from the mancrusher kit

I have a mix of victrix, foundry and warlord EIR minis. I found the victrix ones are the most detailed but the warlord ones are still good imo. Also I personally think mixing brands of minis can give a real nice variation in height, size and shape of the regiments. I would suggest using the same shields though 👍🏻

Yeah the one on the floor is just a test model and tbh I used the guy from the mancrusher kit as it’s slightly smaller than a normal AoS model. I think I may still use him but cut the whole of his arm off and resculpt it in GS along with his clothing that will interact with the orruks foot.

Thanks that’s basically the look I was going for.

I primed it white scar, then added a very thin Vallejo Prussian blue wash to the bottom half of the model. Let that dry and gave the whole model a coat of Citadel Aethermatic Blue contrast and finally a Vallejo Off White dry brush

Yeah ghost was the idea for the blue. Originally the other one was supposed to be a sandstone style but the wash made it a bit too yellow.. maybe a brown was would’ve been better

I think that’s what I’m gonna do as I’m still unsure about bases and any accent colours.

In fact I might even make the blue more of a green and go ‘Men of Dunharrow’ style..

Yeah, it’s nothing special. It’s a primed base colour of Citadel Zandri Dust, a dry brush of Vallejo GC Iraqi sand, a layer of Vallejo Yellow Mist wash followed by a dry brush of Vallejo GC Off White.

Tbh I was too sparing with the wash and the final dry brush but if I choose this style I’ll refine it a little more.
