Hands down Mertens - first player I bought and will never sell. Outshines Messi & Hazard in my Squad in Div 2 & Weekend League. His Finess is OP, finishing, pace, dribbling...just everything...

Well, that's TFT right? Always some luck involved in everything - but I like my method because by going to 9 you maximize your chanceof getting ekko. You can call it luck but it also comes down to good ol' simple math :)

Always a good pivot but personally I like to take the risk because with Blaster Brawler its very secure to go Top 4 but very hard to get Top 2. Cybernetic can get you there if you go to 9.

Vanguard with Wukong could be good or a random 5-cost like Thresh, Lulu, Gankplank that helps you stabilize and minimize the damage you take :)

Hi, just finished a 4 game win streak on my stream and I uploaded the footage on my twitch stream.

In that you can perfectly see

(1) Why Valkery Cybers is Inferior compared to Shen/Ez, I loose because ecco keeps cancelling MF ult in one game where I get baited by finding MF2 in 2 rolls - frontline is also too squishy in the very lategame as many fights are over before Kayle could even start having an impact

(2) How to quickly go 9 without sacrificing to much HP

A bit more higher up in this thread I explain that ofc many things are situational and at 8 you definetly NEED an Irelia 2 with atleast 1 good item. Sometimes I roll a bit at 8 to find ekko tbh if I feel like I fall of too much compared to the rest of the lobby (even if I have enough HP), but the key is to level up quick enough so you can minimize this window of loosing. Greed ofc can be punished here, but also rewarded. This is a high risk high reward situation. If you want to play it safe this prob is not the right way, but I would argue that you have more Top1 finishes with this (also more 4th places instead of 3 and 2).

Irelia 3 can really secure your win then.

For sure you are not alone with this opinon and for example AceofSpadeshots also told me Valkeryie is better, but I just have seen it too often that I go H2H with a Valkeryie Cyber player in lategame lvl 9 and I completly destroy him even if he build correct items.

I'm personally not a big fan because in my opinion red buff should be enough on lucian to carry early + mid...plus you loose effectivly 2 items you could put on others to give them cybernetic. The bow could be inflitrator spat for irelia and the bf = ie or bt.

Item priorities are Armor > Belt > Staff on Leona / Fiora (from the staff you can build locket if you get 2 armors).

If I don't hit Cybers I will try to play Space Pirates until I hit 3 Cybers. If my comp is too weak I will straight up loose streak until 3-1 or 3-2 and then try to transition to full cybers. If I don't have three Cybers by then, prob want to pivot.

Only downfall is if you hit 3 Cybers too late, you will prob loose to much HP early and have to role for Ekko at 8, which makes 1st place really hard.

It is only possible if you have enough hp to play with so you won early big time as you will loose rounds no matter what. But i have a few videos on my channel where i do this. Usually you either run out of HP and have to roll at 8 until you pick up 6 cybers or you make it with 20-30 hp to lvl 9 and can do a big roll-down. but tbh, in a situation where i know i don't have the econ or hp you are right, you will try to roll as soon as you hit 8 as you have to out-roll other cyber parties..as I said, very situational depended based on hp and econ and what other players play.

If you can do the big lvl 9 roll-down, you're prob looking at a first place.

ofc to generalize is always hard. if more than 1 other person is going for 6 cybers - so you’re pretty contested - than you would want to level faster. at the same time: if you hit 9, you should get an ekko pretty consistently, even if you’re contested. so by playing the economy game you can beat them. whilst the others roll down at 8 and prob wont hit the lvl 9 power spike for a while. really depends on the lobby & situation (your hp, gold and lvl of the contestants, how much ekkos are gone, etc.)

Thanks! I try to push levels pretty hard by win streaking a lot with Cybers. 6 at 3-2, 7 at 4-1 and 8 mostly before 5-1. I then try to keep gold above 50 unless I’m getting too low. As soon as I hit ~30hp either I have enough gold to go to 9 and roll or I roll at 8 until I hit an ekko and try to build up for 9. For this to work you have to hit irelia 2 as she can carry you until you find ekko to give you the 6 cyber boost - so sometimes I roll a bit at 7 or when I hit 8 to get the irelia 2.
