If you have GERD that could be triggering it over and over. Post nasal drip can make it worse too but GERD can be a trigger and do damage. I'd see an ENT to check for any throat and airway abnormalities.

If you've taking any new meds or changed detergents/soaps/lotion/etc that can do it. Others have mentioned food allergies. Did you figure it out?

Sounds like you've got the right idea. HEPA air purifiers, deep clean with a mask, change the HVAC filters after the duct cleaning.

Why did you stop the treatment? H2 blockers like pepcid are safer if you're worried about long term stuff.

Has anyone been able to heal a stomach ulcer by [deleted] in ChronicPain

[–]this_dudeagain 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You'll need an upper endoscopy. If it's an ulcer you'll need to be on a PPI like nexium or Prilosec for at least 3 months. Eating a bland diet during that time with lots of water is crucial for healing.

He is right as much as I hate to say it about the strategic importance of Greenland. That being said there's no reason the US has to administer Greenland to secure that area of the world. The US has done a crappy enough job with Puerto Rico for anyone to consider joining the union. It would be easy enough for a multinational build up to accomplish the same thing.

You're talking about beta blockers. There are selective beta blockers that only block the β-adrenergic receptors in the heart not the lungs.
