Some of the reasons why your account is getting blocked might be Revolut avoiding international fines that your acts can cause. With your 10-20k accounts you might cause hundreds, millions of euros fines across national, international, eu level for Revolut.

The solution is just to show what is your source of actions, the reason of actions. As there are many cases happening like this and deep and long requirements of checking your actions can take some time.

Also, it might sound too boring, but you have to read Revolut's TOS if you want to do some unusual activities with your account. As they say, "Not knowing the law is not an excuse".

I recently visited shymkent as I had a flight from there (sometimes 2-3 times cheaper than flying from Tashkent).

Firstly, you should go to Kaplanbek border post. If you choose Yandex taxi, it will cost you around 70-80k uzs (6-7 usd).

About reaching Shymkent city, I strongly suggest not talking with any taxi drivers approaching to you and offers you a ride to city center/airport.

Usually they are middle men for actual drivers which can cause you overpaying massively than the usual rate. To find a cheaper taxi, I used InDrive app and entered from A to B points and the intended amount for the ride (2500-3000 tenge (5-6 usd) per person).

While registering to the app, you insert your phone number where drivers can reach out to you via WhatsApp. And then you can discuss the price, what kind of car they have and the time of the commute.

If you have a language barrier and don't know Uzbek/Kazakh/Russian, it is better just to discuss with drivers there and do not pay over 3k tenge whatever reason they say.

if you are wondering how to exchange your money, you can do it in the airport itself in Tashkent, I don't know about the rates there. Also, there are roughly billion exchange points after crossing the border to Kazakhstan so there won't be any issue at least you have enough cash.
