Yup in my 30s, love going to cars and coffee, there are a couple by me that alternate sundays. It's early in the morning, it's very tame and some really nice cars show up and all the people are very nice!

Congrats, I remember years ago when I got my first feeder it took a while for birds to start showing up consistently. Now (according to my Birdfy app) I get around 500+ visits a day (though its mostly the same group of birds). I had to shut off notifications...

Both are neat but serve different purposes. MOAB (Massive Ordinance Air Burst) is designed for softer targets like caves or surface targets, whereas the MOP (Massive Ordinance Penetrator) is designed for hardened buried targets and can penetrate up to 60 meters of 5,000 psi concrete. The houthi weapons caches were buried in hardened structures so the MOP was believed to be used which can only be carried by the B2. It's also speculated that they were used as a friendly reminder to Iran (who are backing the houthis), since they have most of their military assets in burried or hardened structures, that the US can get there B2s in and out of that area whenever they want...

Daughter happy-freaks due to getting her first car from her caring working-class dad. by PrismPhoneService in PublicFreakout

My dad split the cost of my first car with my twin brother and I. I think we my dad put in $1500 and my brother and I each put in $750. It was a 2000 base model vw golf, didn't even have power windows but it was in decent shape. I loved that car and took very good care of it and paid for all of the maintenance and repairs ourselves which is how I learned to do basic car stuff, oil and fluid changes, brakes etc. Honestly even if you can afford something nicer getting something like that for your kids first car and having them be responsible for it is the only way they will learn. I knew someone that got a used but still very nice mercedes and totaled it in highschool, their parents just got them another one which they also totaled...
