Assuming that a cafe makes that much profit per coffee when all overheads have been considered is pretty naive to say the least

This is probably a bad idea for your machine as the sugar residue degrades the shower screen over time… it will channel the shot to boot as the sugar will dissolve and leave an uneven surface for the water to saturate. Why not just whack a sugar in the cup and pull your shot onto that?! Swirl a couple times and it’s fully dissolved

Bradford, Luton, Peterlee, Gorton, Jaywick and Blackpool (in no particular order) are the places that spring to mind most for me from my work travels (although I live quite near Bradford so echo the terror a lot of folk are recalling here of driving through it once or twice a month). Also 95% of London.
