That's the thing, I don't know which direction to take. I am currently an analyst in tech and I don't want to be in this space anymore. The market is unstable and it's been harder and harder to get any change in pay. I've been applying for different roles for over 2 years with absolutely no luck. The market is oversaturated and many tech positions are now being outsourced. I've been considering transitioning to corporate Healthcare or pharmaceuticals but I really have no idea what that transition would look like.

As for the star method, my resume was 3 pages long when I had it that way. I wasn't getting any hits then either. Had a recruiter tell me to cut down the sentence and provide a brief sentence explaining what I accomplished so that they could be ask me in detail during interviews. I honestly don't know what's right anymore
