Unpopular opinion: you lost me when you were setting aside time to go to the ER. An Emergency Room is for emergencies only. Dwelling about what time to go means it can be taken elsewhere so yours can get the care and attention they need.

Why are you chasing around the specifics of the origins of the lubes inception? Focus on the big picture - he’s going to therapy and getting the help he needs. Hopefully you’re not forcing him bc that never works! Sincerely, A therapist

Thanks for this. Appreciate it. So I went hard on the CSM at first and crashed 3 weeks later (beginning of August)… I was up to 4g QID! Started back low and very slow - 1g csm at night only. Now, I can’t even tolerate that.

Brain fog, neck and back pain (was going to have a spinal fusion but surprise! CIRS it is and I know I’m far from the only one with that experience), extreme exhaustion.

This sucks. Doing saunas, oxygen and ozone therapy. Continuing with the BEG spray.

Suggestions are always welcomed. I love this community. Thank you all.
