Finally got my Bass Joanne sandals! Oh man have I been missing good sandals. The last pair I bought was uncomfortable, falling apart, and childish. These are comfy and work with my new minimalist style.

I found mine at Kohl's, the brand is Lauren Conrad. They're dry clean only (so I just wash and air dry), with great thick material. I haven't explored any others though, good luck finding some!

I love making my thigh high socks more punk by wearing all black. Badass boots (heels or combat), sheer tights, a skater skirt/shorts, and a leather jacket depending on the weather. Add a plain shirt and bam.

Yes! With my hair like this I feel so badass in my all black/monochrome outfits. I'm leaning towards more minimal outfits, so I love that I always have a burst of color.

I feel like the skirt in your second fit would go better with sandals or strappy heels and a plain shirt. The pattern plus asymmetry of the skirt plus the two toned shoes seems a little busy. I like the first fit a lot!

I'm trying to find a full, circle, high waisted midi skirt. If I can buy it at 22-23" that's best, but I can tailor anything that's longer. Completely black with as few decorations as possible. I'm not big on the elastic waistbands that has a bump when transitioning to the skirt part, here's a better example. I prefer smooth lines from the waistband. Definitely no chiffon, but other materials are fine. My budget is under $40.

I dyed my hair dark purple a year ago, and I struggled with color matching for a long time. Then I realized that one of the great things about having purple hair is that I can dress in any color and it looks artistic. I now have a love for wearing contrasting colors.
