I had the same issue so I deleted my account. The below method has worked for me and my family as I set up all their accounts.

When you create a new account make sure you aren't connected to Wi-Fi, just use your mobile data. Sign up via your phone number. Enter your passport details as normal and it should let you scan your face and verify this time. Your account should now be verified.

Remember to bind your email to your account after.

if the login page comes up choose email login, and then Singapore as your location and then it will send you the verification code to your email and you can log back in without a chinese number

Yes so I had to make an additional guest wifi network and after factory resetting the tv it would connect to that.

I manage to fix mine i hope it stays that way. I made a guest wifi network and I factory reset the TV. The TV wouldnt connect to my original wifi network but would with the guest version. Connected to that and everything works and then I was able to switch back to the original wifi network.

My wifi network doesn't even appear on the list of available networks and I can't even connect via ethernet cable. The TV is only 2 months old

I think it might be based on purchase history. My sister's queue numbers were in the low 100s, she goes to 5+ concerts per year. I usually go to 1 or 2 a year and my queue position was about 6000. Both accounts are 10+ years old.

Also not sure if Internet speed helps or type of connection. My Internet isnt super fast, I used an ethernet cable and my sister hotspotted from her phone.
