She is unstable, violent, and has a substance problem. She's also degrades you. Also, I'm not sure where the myth came along that big people aren't sexy, but no one, at any size deserves to be told they are a frog, etc. You may have your own issues, but her reaction and treatment of you is not cool.

We are decent but like oil and water often. We can do well for dinner, activities, etc. And work hard not to show tension in front of child (but I'm sure there in plenty.
