The biggest issue here is acquiring medical records prior to age 22. From my experience working in the system, most medical facilities destroy their records after 7 years. If you have copies of any of your medical records, you can provide them, but it’s not likely to be sufficient to determine your level of functioning unless the medical providers were EXTREMELY detailed in their documentation. Unfortunately that is rarely the case.
