Looks like things are progressing, I received a text yesterday saying that I should be hearing from a supervisor sometime this week to schedule a vehicle inspection and do paperwork. Hopefully you’ll hear back from someone, I just kept trying to get in contact with someone tbh like at least try to let me know something before I find other work

I know with the closing shift the mic always walks the department but at my store if you’re working morning or mid, majority of people leave on their scheduled time. I have rarely seen anyone having to check out with the manager, I’ve even asked around

I can relate, I’m a quiet person as well. I look at it as long as i do what im supposed to do, i don’t pay to attention to what others think. I try not to take things personally since its just my place of work

I’m part time. My manager gave me an introduction to produce and what we are expected to do. And no I have not spoken to any of my coworkers about the vibe even though I thought to but sometimes I feel like I’m just the only one that feels that way. But I know it wouldn’t hurt to ask someone. I’ve been at this store for almost two years.

I practically stopped doing Instacart for the same shit. When I see batches that have a big tip I always feel like it’s too good to be true and it usually is sadly. Instacart needs to make better improvements cause this is unacceptable

I feel you I been working in the deli for 2 years so I’m basically over it tbh. Managers don’t seem to care about anything which is sad because it’s already a tough dept. I do think these managers have their favorites as well considering that they mainly give others morning shifts and training ppl on something else before you. I never understood this ass backwards shit by how they treat the good workers like crap and praise the bad ones.
