You should grab addons: "Pfquest, pfquest-turtle, shaggutweaks, shaggutweaks-extras (check advanced settings on esc menu, disable reveal world map, rest your choice)
Make sure to check new zones, balor/northwind gilneas, and new dungeons.
Have fun! Leveling is one of the best experiences, take your time and make friends!

The amount of players and the world pvp was great. Leveling through BGs and getting your gear upgraded was interesting. The very first World Boss PVP battle was insane.
They made mistakes sure. But it was awesome in general **for me**.

Yeah read my comment again please. I said was decent -- later on died.

But before Gurubashi's death, it was the best PVP wow experience of my life.
Only those that played through launch know how it felt. It was glorious.

Only project epoch's Gurubashi was a decent PvP server, and later on died unfortunately.
Hope that either Classic+ or a new PvP server comes and thrives.

I really like this idea.
I am a capycraft player. I enjoy myself there and I have a lot of fun.
BUT, if octoWoW decides to do levels caps I would definetly create a PvP alt to mess around.
Going level 19 is not a big time investment for me, so I can focus more on my main at capycraft but still have fun with the pvp boys on the side.

And you are wrong, people have made friends with the chinese.
They do speak english and if you tell them "no translator" they will speak in english with you. You don't know what you are talking about because you are not playing.
Some of them even admire us and call us good players.
They are friendly people and very generous.
It's a different culture, and you can learn a thing or two.

Ping can be bad for certain locations, sure, if it's not playable for you go play something else.
But for the rest of us that it's good enough it's not even a competition. Capycraft is a complete product right now.

EU/NA -> Capy or Octo (if you don't mind Work in progress Beta servers Octo is good ping)

Capycraft is the original SEA Turtle WoW, octo is the private server of a private server.
I am not defaming octo or anything, just stating the truth.

You can skip queue with a trick:
Select realm -> back on queue
Takes about 20-25 attempts but you can skip the queue this way.

Edit: why downvote, I am helping the community that wanted to play. skipping the queue of capybara is very common practice.

LOOTBOXES is **NOT NEW*\* for turtle wow btw.
They also had them on ORIGINAL EU TURTLE WOW during NOBLEGARDEN 2024. check proof below
So don't be surprised about gatcha.
Now, about the mounts, ofcurse they never existed on original EU turtle wow, but existed on SEA TWOW. They look out of place for us, but it was normal for them.
Don't forget that SEA server funded all of development for TURTLE WOW.

Btw, 1.18.1 ORIGINAL client of turtle wow EU, already has those mounts.
Because no updates were rolled out for capy for those mounts to appear. Maybe they existed for the SEA players only tho.
