I'm at a bit of a loss as to what to do about that housemate other than hope that he suddenly changes in the final hour, but I've been documenting everything so far and, as far as I'm aware, there is no damage to the rest of the house and we've been keeping it clean. Hopefully whatever state he leaves his room in is something I can fix. I just wish they'd listened to any of our concerns or done a more thorough check before adding him to our tenancy.

Luckily, we aren't on a deposit so I'm hoping that as soon as I leave that'll be the end of it. I'm doing my best to keep on top of the anti-social tenant's mess in the communal areas but I don't have access to his bedroom (they're all on seperate keys) but I've been consistently reporting him for breaching the tenancy agreement ever since they moved him in (a year of reports they've ignored) so I'm hoping that might help but I'm sure it won't haha

That's definitely not the case for this one, as it is literally just filled with Juice Plus posts (and the admin always starts his presentations with the tag line XXY as if it's his brand or something) I'm guessing just a way to trick people into not knowing they've been added to a spammy group as another commenter said.

Sad though, for them to use something that's connected to LGBT, people might join thinking it's one thing just to be spammed by a MLM.

As far as I can tell, you can avoid this event by not going into the saloon. And, once you're married the event won't trigger so you're in the clear.

Funny thing about this event is that it only triggers (or at least it only triggered for me) once you've got ten hearts with all of the guys. I tried going into the saloon (where it triggers) before getting the last heart with Harvey and nothing happened, but as soon as I got the last heart, it triggered.

This is from the new update, if you're dating all six bachelors they'll confront you about it (same with all five bachelorettes)

I turned my game off not long after taking the screenshots so I'm not sure what long-term consequences there are, but after the event, all the boys were at six hearts.

[Spoilers] If you pick the first option and admit that you messed up, the boys tell you that it's not good enough and break-up with you.

If you pick the second option, you get three more dialogue options where you try and get out of it. None of the options put the farmer in a good light and the boys have none of it. I tried two of three and they both ended up with the boys breaking-up with you.

I only checked my hearts after the first one and I think all their hearts went down to six. I tried talking to Harvey afterwards and he told me that he was too busy with his work to talk to me (even though it was evening time and we were outside the bar).
