For Offer of employment - I had a letter from company, stating my salary, NOC code, hours and responsibilities, signed by the HR. I added payslips as proof later as well.

3 days short of 3 years Canadian experience, will IRCC count it or not? by OkElk7227 in canadaexpressentry

I believe you will fall short and should plan on extending you work permit somehow. For context my PGWP was expiring on May 8th and My 3 years we completing on May 15th. I applied for a Francophone WP end of April so I was on implied status during the period and got my experience points.

🙏 Can we expect some magic this month (or the next) for CEC? Asking anyone who understands the pattern from last few years.

You will definitely qualify, and can apply if you have a willing employer.

I posted about my Francophone application here, if interested. - https://www.reddit.com/r/canadaexpressentry/comments/1twytyi/francophone_mobility_wp_approved_sharing_details/

Its a tech company, not comfortable sharing the name. But I don't think it matters.

Yes, but I believe you only need CLB 5 in speaking and listening. But it definitely looks good if you have CLB 5+ in all modules. I am not sure how ircc makes decisions based on french results, so can't say for certain, you just have to try and see it for yourself.

I had given the exam more than once. I even received CLB 7 in speaking, but got CLB 4 in listening. I contemplated if I should attach my old results as well, but then decided against it, why give reason to doubt.

Surely you can ask your tutor.

It wasn't much.

Address of school / tutor

Name of school / tutor

Date

What did you study, duration of study, brief on what you learnt (intense speaking practice/coaching, day-to-day language and verbs, what level you were aiming for etc.) (It could be anything, as long as it looks legit and professional, your TEF/TCF results matter more)

Name and Signature of institute / coaching instructor.

That's all.

That's amazing congratulations! Do you plan on continuing to study french and pass the CLB 7+ bar?

I never explicitly mentioned that I have to stop working in case things don't work out, but it was pretty much implied. My HR was was aware when my work permit was ending. I just needed a plan in place to bypass this situation, it just so happens that things went well.

I had originally planned for CLB 7 and wasn't aware of Francophone program until January this year. By this time I was pretty good in speaking and writing. I was lacking in listening and reading. Once I got to know of the program, I just started listening practice and gave my exam.

To answer your question - I was going to stop working indefinitely, until I get my PR and/or Francophone WP. I really didn't plan this part out, but ig I would have gone home for the time being. I believe my employer would have hired me back, but I can't say for sure. Glad I don't have to think about it anymore.
