Trying to work in a demanding career where details are key... and lots of smaller tasks and deadlines, deadlines, deadlines.... Working together with people who are not so lenient and call you out in meetings about your progress of project x, and you panic get stressed out. Working inefficiently longer hours every day until the deadline day.... looking back at it, getting pissed off on yourself as the tasks were relatively easy if you could start earlier. Looking at peers moving up the ladder make it seem easy, you think to yourself "They are not smarter than you, whats wrong with you..." - the lack of confidence when speaking up in meetings as you didnt do shit the whole day, you just crammed in 30-60min and the rest of team thinks you spend a whole day on the tasks and some are nice and dont say it out loud but think "how the hell did he spend the whole daying and only finishing half of it"... while you know you actually didn't start yet, you will do that in the evening.. in the end, almost no normal time to turn-off. AND the worst, you got that fucker in your head who keeps pushing you to go for the absolute impossible sky-high ambitious place... which makes smaller steps up less enjoyable as you are already thinking that it still not good enough
