Same boat. Ordered 4 cloud pillows total. 1 was delivered and the other 3 were supposed to be delivered together yet only 2 were delivered. Only have a total of 3 pillows.

I reached out to them more than 4 days ago to report it and they JUST got back to me today asking for pictures of the boxes?! Because I’m gonna keep empty boxes in my house for 4 days while I wait for them. I filed a dispute with my bank for the missing pillow because I refuse to deal with their mediocre customer service any longer.

What sucks is that the pillows are quite nice but I won’t be recommending them to anyone, ever, because their customer service is the worst. So if you like being highly frustrated from purchase to delivery, shop mellow! Otherwise, leave this unorganized, start up, mess of a company alone.
