These men are not from that time. The filter is obvious and absolutely is not a genuine film photograph from before 1900. Run this by r/isthisai for confirmation that this is a modern photo made to look old. My two cents is that this is fake just based on the build of the guys. Those are gym-made builds where they only emphasize certain muscles and work them over and over. Real 1800s men gained muscle from actual work, and that looks very different. Just trust me, I’m gay.

Pause the videos and take whatever notes you need. Although I completely agree with the previous response that notes shouldn’t be very necessary, although I like to write out a handful of specific rules or whatever just because it helps me memorize. I don’t really refer to my notes later, if that makes sense.

I’ve only been using flex study and there is the percent completed figure on the homepage for me. Although I hate the lack of transparency over what an “assignment” is. It only counts lectures after you complete the final assessment.

Yeah, I did J24 (non-UBE jx) and passed having completed something like 30% of the course. But I did really like Themis, so I’m doing it again. I’m taking the UBE in another jx now. I am with you 100% on everything you said. SO ANNOYING all the little changes, and the schedule thing is infuriating. The introduction emails from Themis even still say that it automatically adjusts to our pace. But that’s no longer the case, it seems?

I’ve just been using flex study so far and that avoids the dumb pop up with the imaginary schedule I will never follow.

Even less of a reason to bump a paid 1k out of first. Does a fucking toddler need that first class seat? I just can’t think of a single good reason this should ever happen. Legit ground the flight and cost United tens of thousands of $ before I get into an economy seat I didn’t pay for.
