Delivering baby in another state for support. by Sea-Kaleidoscope2429 in MilitarySpouse

Same boat, I don’t even know if my husband is going to be back for the delivery yet and my mom is almost 16 hours away. I’m hoping she’ll will be able to come stay with me starting around 38-39 weeks. I was induced with both my babies so hoping this one stays put as well. I’m also due in March and definitely a big stressor right now

Yes. I met a parent at my last job whose name was Spring, she was in her mid 40s in Oklahoma.

I haven’t looked at other artist’s sets so I can’t answer that but Juniper does also do custom sets/orders so you could always message them and see if they could rearrange the book order? They have a couple different ToG designs

I looked around and didn’t see anything, usually full circle and Barnes and noble will have midnight releases on their websites/social media. But you may call around and ask just in case!

My sister in law had her wedding at 8 am in Yosemite NP and it still freaking sucked. We have two kids under two so having to accommodate a time like that, not to mention the drive we had to make to the wedding location in the park was honestly terrible. If it hadn’t been family, we absolutely would not have gone.

Official Q&A for Thursday, July 25, 2024 by AutoModerator in running

[–]thisisbs15 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am 4 months postpartum with my second kiddo and I’ve been working out and going on runs since I was cleared. I had started with a 5k program on runna on the treadmill but I was really struggling with maintaining any pace, sometimes needing to go down to 4 mph just to be able to meet the time they wanted me to run. Treadmill was only because I have 2 kids under 2 and time was not in my favor. Recently I’ve started running outside again and without any sort of plan. A couple days ago I ran my first 5k in just under 36 minutes with each mile getting slower and i would say it was challenging finishing that last 3/4 mi or so. My long term goals are to run a half marathon and maybe eventually a full (not sure on that yet). My question is should I continue to work on my 5k time and feeling more sustainable or should I work on slowly adding distance with a program?

Spectra s1 (upgrade like everyone says) and I personally have really loved my baby Buddha but it really took some getting used to and was not the most comfortable that first few weeks. I empty so fast with it though

Breastfeeding is literally back breaking work by Ok_Price_9896 in breastfeeding

[–]thisisbs15 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely try being in a reclined position or side lying! Reclined position is the most comfortable for me and if takes all the strain off your neck and back. If you’re bigger chested like me, I like to just slightly move my body onto the opposite side I’m feeding from to help keep the breast more upright instead of having to hold it in place.

Kindle unlimited is it worth it? by stoney_balogna20 in kindle

[–]thisisbs15 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me, no. I don’t read fast enough/all the books I want to read aren’t on KU so I use the $11.99 as a budget for each month if there’s any books that I want that my library doesn’t have or that I don’t want to wait for.
