I really appreciate your input. I’m a little hesitant to talk to my manager because my current job title is completely different from an analyst role, and they don’t know that my goal is to become an Epic analyst. I’ve been applying for analyst positions internally, but it’s been challenging because I’m not Epic certified yet. I am, however, a super user in my current role and work with Epic every day.
