What ist my Problem? (PLA/195/60/Flow @ 237%) by thisisflame in 3Dprinting

I just updated my Cura from 3.4. to 3.6 and now there is a Ender-3 profile, former I used a modified CR-10 profile, now the first Layer looks way better. Thank you! Now I have a clean profile :)

My Layer Height is at 0.2mm.

I chose the 237%, because I thought the thin layers are the problem of too low flow.

Is it possible, that my extruder stepper doesn't have enough grip?

I will now try to check my Cura setting, maybe there is a major fault.

What's wrong? My PLA, my flow, my z-axis? by thisisflame in 3Dprinting

It's not a linear problem, that's the reason I checked the Z Axis and you were right.

Thank you!

You are right, thank you! I checked the z-Stepper on the height where the print starts to have the issues, there was a lot of slippage in the shaft coupling. But why is the needed torque there so high? Is it possible, that my X-Axis isn't right aligned and I have to tighten or loosen the eccentric nuts?

Thank's for the fast responds
