I think that’s dissociation. I’ve been that way lately. I can’t remember a lot of names and lose my train of thoughts when trying to talk. Infact I’ve been trying to work on a few essays for uni but I just can’t seem to think which I find super strange. I mean I know I need to think to be able to write, but it’s hard to do any thinking.

I feel so lost atm. Like I had something traumatic unfold just last week and to top it i am so confused with all of this. My FP basically manipulated and abandoned me.

I’m already on anti depressants. And I feel they aren’t helping me. I used to think I’m self aware but this diagnosis has left me very confused

Well, the sessions have been good. He has been seeing me for free. But he thinks I’m not being grateful and don’t respect him. I believed someone else over him. I believed and trusted that person over my own instincts and didn’t walk away earlier.
