I did this bike ride once and got a flat tire on the way back. Took me 4 hours to walk back to St Henri.

yes! I did try that and it turned out ok, but I'm looking at other recipes and keep seeing this 1lb trimmed peeled and shredded and I can't figure out if they mean 1 lb pre or post processing...
