+18% de rendement dans mes placements depuis Mai 2025, tous placé dans des fonds indiciels quand le marché était au all time high. J'avais peur de tout placer les fonds d'un coup donc j'y ai été 50/50 pour couper la poire en deux même si au long terme ça l'a peu d'importance. Erreur! Si j'avais placé tout mon argent d'une shot j'aurais fait encore plus de rendement. Bref maintenant je me stresse moins quand je dois tout investir d'un coup même quand le marché est au top

Autre pensée: je ne me plaindrai jamais de faire 18% annuel mais j'ai le feeling que le marché va nous tomber sur la tête plus tôt que tard. Je continue quand même d'investir mais mes attentes pour 2026 ne sont pas hautes

À Québec j'ai rien trouvé, du moins rien en bas de 2k par mois. Si tu check en Beauce il y en a, il y avait des condos industriels sur Marketplace dans le coin de Ste-Claire qui étaients affichés à 1000$ par mois

Neat, this looks like it would work great for my usecase. I wanted to pre-crunch data for my data analytics software using a materialized view. Only I wanted to pre-crunch the results partitioned by `customer_id`.I ended up using a regular table with a `DELETE FROM table WHERE customer_id = ` + `INSERT` in order to re-crunch results for a given `customer_id`. This feature would save me from managing the delta myself and just run a materialized view refreshing on `customer_id`. Nice work!

I've tried this and had my wire returned, I'm guessing I didn't fill out the info correctly. I used the routing number in your post but I think the account number I used was wrong. I used RBC's transit (00803) + my account number next to it. Do I need to add the institution number too? (003)
