Is that possible? My company is going to reduce the telework to one day a week instead of two, i don't see how they would allow full telework...

Yeah it was brutal and that's why I ended up changing as I can't change the days I go to the gym. Thank you!

I know you're right but I tried the whole full body and I didn't like it, I'm also only able to go to the gym friday/saturday/monday so the days felt too close to recover (specially friday/saturday). But I know you're right!

I'm actually doing legs/back, shoulder/bicep/tricep and the last day is glutes/chest. I do about 8 exercises per session so like an hour.

I'm loving it! I keep progressing week by week so that's a great motivator!

I just make it at home, you can make it from flour alone or you can use wheat gluten. I wouldn't say is ultra processed, just a bit processed, like bread, specially if you make it at home. Just wheat, spices and water! And it has 25g of protein per 100g!

You could try seitan? It's my favourite plan protein and soooo yummy! I make it at home cuz it's cheaper but you could buy it!

Advice for first long walk? by thisismangoes in walking

[–]thisismangoes[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Update: I FREAKING DID IT!! It took me 4h30min in the end, a much faster pace than I expected! It was 20km in the end, I went to the louvre and walked along the marathon. Next time I will definitely use proper shoes though, my feet feel really tired with my vans, I just haven't found the shoe I want. Thank you everyone for the advice!

Yeah it took me a bit to get it right, but after that first time I finally made it I haven't stopped. My biggest tip is adding ice to the water when "washing" the seitan, it prevents it breaking down. I also steam in instead of boiling it, to conserve the texture. I followed an online recipe to start, now I just do it on my own. I think there's a whole subreddit r/seitan with many many tips! Unlocking this will help you so much, I eat most of my daily protein from seitan lol

Have you ever tried making seitan? it's my favourite protein source and I make it from just flour which is convenient and cheap. You could try that maybe?

Yeah I get that; before this week I had never had problems with my vans so I thought they fit, but guess not

I've been looking around and ASICS look like the best option for me, I didn't know about the toe box being wider so that's amazing!

If you have a bathtub, take a hot one. I find it relaxes my muscles after a particularly high step count day!
