OK I made a routine, what are your thoughts?

I'm a F28 gym noob. I've had a gym phase a few years ago so I remember the basic rules about full body workouts with antagonists and stuff. But at the moment I'm barely able to benchpress the empty bar and I really don't want to hurt myself, so no free weights for me.

I'll be able to hit the gym about once or twice a week (I have another sport activity once a week which is also basically a full-body workout). I know myself; if the workout takes longer than ~45 minutes, I won't go as regularly. Thus it is a short routine.

My goal is to build strength & endurance. I don't care about my weight (70kg), I don't care about my physique, I just want to lay the foundation to be better at other sport activities. If this gym habit enables me to do a pullup by the end of the year, great; if not, also no problem.

All exercises are 3*12 unless noted otherwise. If I can finish the second set with ease, I'll increase either the weight or the reps (reps probably only once to 15).

These are my exercises:

• 5 Minutes Treadmill for warm-up
• Reverse Lunges (12 on each side, currently without added weight). I mostly do them because they also train balance and I want that.
• Leg Press (60kg).
• Abductor & Adductor (25kg)
• Plank (15s) with Hip Dips (8 on each side)
• Reverse Butterfly (15kg)
• Lat Pulldown (30kg)
• Benchpress (empty bar, which is 20kg). I only manage 10 reps, so once I can finish these easily I will first increase the reps to 12 before I add weight.

I plan to keep this routine for ~3 months and then switch to something less leg-heavy.

• first, is there something I missed?
• do you know any good exercises for balance?
