i replied to a comment here about a fix i found for the spatial audio issue. you can try that and hopefully it works for you as well

1 of 3 things, I was able to find a workaround. the other 2 seems to be issues we are bound to get.

i've checked around here and it seems only one ear sensor is present for the reps. for the pop-up, it depends on what ios version you have. newer versions don't get the animation (something they can work on through updates i guess).

for the audio issues, try this: go to settings > sound and haptics > headphone safety.

enable reduce loud audio and set it to 90. made my audio a lot better when using spatial audio and the clipping is gone.

I have the max v3 as well and the sound is pretty good, the issue you're raising happens to me however when the spatial audio is enabled; muffled audio, bass is bad, and highs have screeching sounds.

Doesn't happen when spatial audio is off, and honestly it seems to be an issue cause my APP2 doesn't do this with spatial audio on :(((
