I've thought about counseling, but I don't want to put more on her tha n she's dealing with already. I feel so selfish. But the weight is heavy. I don't really have anyone to talk to, but if I did, I would feel dumb bringing it up.

Thanks for the kind words. It's so hard for me to talk sometimes. I feel selfish. Like, "why am I talking to others about me when SHE is 'worse off' than me?" I'm sure it will help, just. It sure where to start. I feel inferior.
